Structural Development
Arunima College has well-equipped library for Bachelor's level students with 700 books where college has added more than 150 books in the last fiscal year.
Arunima College has MoU signed with a few institutions and is in talk with different institutions thereby providing internships, job trainee and jobs in link with those institutions.
Arunima College is in process of installing EMIS software under EMIS committee to install a fully functional software to keep track of students's academic performance.
SQC is a very important aspect in college's performance. It helps in enchancing education quality. It makes students directly participate in institutional development thereby providing them a platform for sharing their suggestions and recommendations for improving academic quality. It helps in enchancing their leadership. Hence , Arunima College has started working on the estabishment of SQC, and will be functional in coming year.
EMIS helps in providing data regarding enrollment, drop out students, pass out students etc. It also helps in tracking details about faculties , research activities etc.
Arunima College arranges for different trainings for their staffs and faculities for enhancing their personal and professional skills for their growth, and has allocated around 10% of the budget for infrastructural development and management. College has added 2 projectors, 3 laptops, 35 sets of furniture etc. in the last fiscal year.
EMIS is centralized platform for manging academic and administrative data. It helps in managing overall infromation related to students, staffs and management.
Online faculty feedback is taken regularly to receive feedback from students about the faculties who are currently teaching. Students are required to share the aspect they like and suggestions for improvement in future. Student's feedback are directly shared with the faculties via management.
Research Management Cell looks after all the research related activities. such as organizing research seminars, workshops, training etc. Specific budget has been allocated for the RMC, and it will start providing research grants to the deserving students and faculties/staffs who are involved in research work from next year.

Different College Clubs
The IT club constitutes of students from BCA which helps the college in IT related tasks such as
website management, social media handling, content creation etc. They also help in giving IT
training to BBS students.
The management club mainly constitutes of BBS students which look after event management.
This club overall manages the different events which take place in college.
The travel club plans and executes all the extra-curricular travel events of the college, such as
hiking, trekking, cultural visits etc.
The eloquent club are responsible to plan and organize all the co-curricular evens of the college,
such as guest lectures, workshops, trainings etc.
